Frank Wadsworth
Frank Wadsworth is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience in the Financial Services and Securities Industry. Given his role as a sourcing strategist for top tier firms within Capital Markets and Investment Banking, he has expertise in global labor markets and extensive experience in establishing sourcing strategies to exploit labor rate arbitrage and skills diversity while transforming business models to drive efficiencies. He has successfully provided strategic direction, guidance and oversight across diversified multi-geo portfolios of vendor outsourcing engagements and captive deployments, and has had operational responsibility for vendor portfolios with an annual spend of ~$400M spanning 20-30 delivery centers across the globe, from India to the Philippines, Eastern Europe to Canada. He has conducted detailed labor market studies for ITO and BPO opportunities in Brazil, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, South Africa, the Philippines, and China. Frank has been involved in establishing captive operations in India and also led the successful implementation of vendor client operations in several countries. He has interacted at all corporate and government levels, from line managers to CEO’s, to Trade and Industry government officials. He is sought after as an expert in sourcing and labor market strategies for discussion panels and presentations.
Aside from his extensive experience in ITO and BPO sourcing strategies, Frank has a well established background across multiple IT disciplines and technologies. He is originally from South Africa, where he was educated and launched his career in technology within Financial Services. Frank is married with two daughters and lives in New Jersey, which he has called home for over 20 years.
